Are you interested in becoming a member of Melksham Swordfish?

That's great news!

If you haven't already, you may want to consider contacting the club using the form below to ask us about the club and what you can expect.

Once you are ready, the membership pack can be found in the About Us->Membership menu above.  Some of it is to read and understand and some is to complete and return to us/your bank. Please could you return the ASA Registration form and Membership form to us.  The Bank Mandate form must be given to your bank.

Please remember to enclose your £10 Administration Fee (cheque or cash) with your forms.  Cheques are to be made payable to:  Melksham ASC
