Are you interested in becoming a member of Melksham Swordfish?
That's great news!
If you haven't already, you may want to consider contacting the club using the Contact Us menu to ask us about the club and what you can expect.
Once you are ready, all the documents relating to our membership pack can be found attached below. Some of it is to read and understand and some is to complete and return to us/your bank. Please could you return the Consent and Membership forms to us. The Standing Order form must be given to your bank.
Please remember to enclose your £10 Administration Fee (cheque or cash) with your forms. Cheques are to be made payable to: Melksham ASC
